We aim to arrive at your venue 3 to 3.5 hours before your scheduled serving time. This allows us approximately one hour to unload and set up, and two hours for preparation and cooking. After service, we will need around 45 minutes to an hour to clear our working area so you can continue enjoying your celebration.

We prepare, cook, and serve our food from our gazebo. Depending on your menu and the number of guests, we will either use a 3m x 3m or a 4.5m x 3m gazebo. These can be set up on grass, concrete, gravel, or decking. It’s always preferable to have a sheltered area to protect us from the wind.

Rain, shine, or snow—we will be there! We have never missed an event. However, we understand that your guests may need to move to a sheltered area. We’re happy to set up our gazebo next to your venue or marquee to keep you and your guests dry.

The number of staff we bring depends on your guest count and the menu you choose. Typically, our team consists of two people, and we can cater up to 100 portions within a 1.5-hour window. For larger groups or more complex menus, we will bring additional staff to ensure smooth service.

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both parties and to protect the time and resources we commit to your event. You can review our full Cancellation Policy on our Terms & Conditions page.

Absolutely! While our service includes setup, preparation, cooking, and plating, we unfortunately don’t have the capacity for extra waiting or clear-up staff. However, we have worked with several waiting staff companies at past events, and it always works out seamlessly. We’re happy to recommend some trusted providers.

Everything is possible! Our usual serving time is up to 1.5 hours, but if you’d like us to stay longer, we can certainly accommodate that. There will be an additional charge to cover our extended staff costs, but we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.

Yes, all of our paellas are gluten-free and nut-free, and we can cater to a variety of dietary needs. While our Seafood Paella contains milk in the bouillon, all other types of paella are dairy-free. Let us know if you have any specific requirements, and we’ll make sure to accommodate them.

Yes, we provide eco-friendly, high-quality, biodegradable, and compostable palm leaf plates, along with wooden or corn starch cutlery and napkins—all included in the price. If you prefer alternative crockery, we can recommend a catering equipment hire company, and we’d be happy to serve on your chosen plates.
